a. Monitoring of the Standard of Grounds Maintenance Work - Formal Areas

The percentage of grounds maintenance work completed to specification on formal areas.

This measures the quality of the grounds maintenance service provided, using a structured formal measurement model that evaluates the differing types of maintenace on individual sites.
We undertake as wide of range of site visits per week on all types of open space and this identifies issues with service delivery at an early stage - aallowing for these to be addressed before they become problematic. This,in turn, assists the contractor with his scheduling and deployment of resources.
