The detailed, 100%, stock condition surveys we are carrying out over a 4 1/2 year programme [pervious survey was a 20% sample] have identified a fairly substantial number of relatively small, inexpensive decent homes related works required to proprieties. These works have classified these proprteis as being "non-decent".  This has had effect of increasing the numbers of our properties failing the decent homes criteria. However, due to the relatively minor nature of many of the works required to address the "fail" items, do not believe it will affect our overall ability to deliver on the 2010 target to have all of our homes decent.
