Delivering Our Future (DOF) Delivery Plan The Delivering our Future (DOF) document sets out the Council's strategic vision and focus up to 2031. The vision of the plan is fundamentally the same as the previous Corporate Plan - 'To achieve the greatest improvement in quality of life in Warwickshire by 2031'.
